为了遵照2022年7月1日生效的欧盟增值税新规，从欧盟境外发货到欧盟境内的wish商户可能需要向物流服务商额外提供报关所需的订单信息（便于填写必要的报关单）。

请注意，并非所有从欧盟境外发货到欧盟境内的商户都需要进行额外的操作。本文概述了不同情形下商户需要执行的具体操作。

1.从中国内地发货的欧盟路向订单

通过A+物流计划或WishPost智选项目从中国内地发货到欧盟境内的商户，不需要执行下述任何额外操作来满足物流或报关要求，因为这两个项目将负责完成此类订单需要的所有操作。

另一方面，对于CEST时间2022年6月26日清晨0时（即UTC时间2022年6月25日晚10时）及之后释放的欧盟路向直发订单，从CEST时间2022年7月1日清晨0时起，这些订单在wish商户平台的订单>未实行的订单和订单>历史记录页面（或者MerchantPlus平台的未实行的订单和订单历史记录页面）上将显示“欧盟订单”标志，商户可通过WishPost第三方物流( L)渠道配送这些订单。当wish商户将鼠标悬停在该标志上时，可以看到以下提醒：

具体来说，通过WishPost L渠道从中国内地实行欧盟路向订单时，wish商户可能需要依据情形执行不同的操作：

如果产品的货值（即，用户支付的产品价钱）小于或等于150欧元，将由WishPost负责处置相关的物流和报关要求，无需商户执行额外操作。

如果产品的货值大于150欧元，则该订单还会带有“要求支付消费者VAT”标志。

要查看报关所需的订单信息，请在订单的“操作”栏点击“查看详情”，然后转到订单的订单详情页。

在“订单详情”页的“产品详情”部分，商户会看到一个新的版块，叫做“欧盟路向订单报关信息”，其中包括需要提供应物流服务商的所有信息。商户可将这些信息提供应上述三个WishPost物流渠道的物流服务商，可以采用物流服务商能够接收的任何格局提供（若可以，强烈建议采取电子格局）：

商户也可以通过V2和V3版API端口获取这些信息。具体如下：

V2版API端口：商户可在以下V2版订单相关API端口应用新增长的“eu_vat_info”属性获取这些信息

商户必需应用下列三个WishPost物流渠道之一来实行这些订单，因为这些物流服务商可提供完税后交货(DDP)服务，并且可协助（向海关）代缴Wish收取的增值税和/或关税：

由于货值大于150欧盟的订单须办理正式报关手续，并须缴纳实用关税，因此商户需要负责（可与指定的DDP物流服务商协商）明确由谁作为包裹的“登记进口商”(ImporterofRecord)，以及如何处置/支付额外的费用。

商户需要向物流服务商额外提供报关所需的订单信息。
